Wanted to give you a quick update on how your classes have helped me, and continue to do so. It can be difficult to do so at the end of class, hence the email. I started your courses with a bad back, then had arthritis in left shoulder and into the mix was a dodgy right hip…..slowly falling apart. However, with your classes and exercise guidance I have hopefully pushed all three back a little.As well as your classes I do the following 2-3 times a week:1. Roll Downs and repeated Planks 3-4 a week – I am sure this has helped my left shoulder and I have not needed an injection for 6 months – increased blood supply! 2. Abs exercises to keep my core and support my back – no issues for a while. I know what to do if there are. 3. I have now added into the routine the leg rotations and parallel leg work for my hips. Increasing blood supply again. 🙂 Of course I throw other stuff in too, when I have time. Anyway, thanks again its been a brilliant help
