Hi Everyone !

June is here ! Isn’t this sunny weather amazing !?

I hope you have enjoyed doing the classes online and also the website recordings. Most members are saying the convenience of being able to do Pilates as and when it suits them is great, and it has really helped them cope with lockdown.

Whilst we are still unable to meet for group exercise, I will continue to bring you your class and website content online.

For on time payment no later than today, there will be bonus content of an extra 45 minute class, posted on the website for you as a thankyou.  On time payments keep my admin to a manageable level.  Please ensure you get your monthly payment of £24 to me, which gives you unlimited access to the Facebook page and website, no later than today so you do not miss out 

I will be sending out new passwords to the website and access to FB page in due course – please get in touch if you are running late and get locked out ! 

EQUIPMENT
Please be aware there  has been a  surge in the price and availability of all fitness equipment and this trend will continue when we resume classes, going forward, it will not be practical for Instructors to provide equipment for you and you will need your own. This week I have been unable to obtain mats, balls or blocks.😕 

REFORMER

Outdoor Personal 1:1 Training has already been given the go ahead, and as Iam able to open up my space fully to the outside, 1:1 on the Reformer may soon be possible for those with experience. I will be able to instruct hands off at a social distance. If you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can plan for your safe return.

I want first of all, to say a HUGE thankyou for all your support during these unprecedented times. Also for all the lovely feedback you have sent :0))

Facebook

Some of you had vowed never to join Facebook, but have done it so that we can continue our classes, so I really do appreciate it. The live class is held every Tuesday at 8pm, on the page – A W Online Pilates You do not have to log into the class every week, you can visit it at anytime, you’ll find the classes held there under Videos, on the left ladder.

Website

I want to give you some quick advice on how to get the most out of http://angelawilliamspilates.com. Alongside the live Tuesday Facebook class, I aim to provide frequent new content in the exclusive “Member Area” of the site.

To access, select “Member Area” from the top menu drop down options. and then choose from the following exercise categories;

  • Basics
    • Pilates building blocks that you must be aware of before starting. Please do not skip this part, use the time we have now to create a deeper understanding of your Pilates practice.
  • Routines
    • Series of exercises that can be mixed and matched or repeated several times – whenever you like, its up to you! Always add on a startup routine at the beginning and a stretch at the end from the “Basics” category
  • Lesson Plan
    • Curated list of exercises and routines that will run as a playlist, so you do not have to search if you do not want to.
  • Exercise of the Day
    • Single exercise to practice and/or add on. Remember to look every day for another opportunity to practice your Pilates!
  • Challenge of the Week
    • If you want even more and are feeling strong! Another single exercise to practice and/or add on.

When accessing the content pages you may be asked to provide the password, a new one will be sent out at the beginning of every month to those who have subscribed.
